Have you ever used a fat burner in conjunction with a diet and exercise? ?

Dear Answer #2, although I appreciate you wanting to help, I did not ask you for your diet advice. I am not an idiot. Of course I know that diet and exercise is the #1 way to lose weight, so I do not need your imput on that. I have already lost 10 lbs. due to hard work and am simply looking for a way to possibly speed up my progress as I have a deadline approaching.

Answer #1, I agree with you on the WW opinion to a certain extent. Some people believe that WW is a free-for-all as long as you stay within your ‘points’ range. I happen to disagree, as I’m sure you do also. I have found that if you follow WW’s idea of portion control and exercise and use your points on salads throughout the day rather than eating a Big Mac for lunch and nothing else that you will lose weight faster and healthier. Thanks for your advice on the egg whites though, I will try that.

I tried fat burners and they dont work very well for me. But the best i had was Arson made by Muscle Asylum Project.
I peresonally dont trust weightwatcher, to much sugar and carbs for a diet. Eat chicken rice veggies and egg whites, only drink water that’ll drop weight like mad
Winstrol is good to, but is also illegal and considered a steroid

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and exercise more, the problems appear when we actually attempt to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! I learned some splendid information by learning from the web portal in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I worked off 8 pounds by taking their advice.
