You do loose weight but you gain it back but even more weight.Usualy pills are bad for you.If you wanna loose weight and tone up in a good way. I would say go to walmart and looks in the weight lifting equipment and look for “Billy blanks taebo bootcamp” It’s just 10 dollars and its 40 minutes long.It really helps you to tone up your adominal and loose fat.Another thing its not boring like some other videos.This video actualy gets you moving,Good luck.
