i’m Ɩіkе 5’8 аnԁ weigh 155lbs…

аnԁ i want tο ɡеt slim bу thе summer аnԁ gain ѕοmе ****..

аnу advice? workout videos? workouts?

    ur about the same weight as me…..

    i guess for not just run 30 minutes daily, and increase it as time pass.

    right now just focus on loosing weight, than you can do some **** workouts like squats and stuff.

    btw, running helps ur **** muscles too
