As a pharmacy major i want you to be aware that a lot of the products that aid in weight loss are still in trial phases and the long term effects have not been determined. (Look up Fin-fin)
In that case, I would recommend eating more fruits and vegetables for snacks, removing the cheese and butter from your diet and lastly eat at home more. As for a work out, try crunches and exercises with resistant bands to tone your body

Go to youtube and serach ab workouts………also, for older individuals with the same problem ……..belly fat is the toughest area to get rid off. Go anywhere in the world and the answer is the same….what is the only part of the body people struggle to reduce….its tummy fat….why? cos its built up over time through lack of exercise, slowing metabolisms and also stress! stress is a huge factor to belly and waist weight…….. if you are interested in losing weight quickly around the mid section check out this product
