Fat is fat, no matter where it is. If you continue to exercise and eat a slimming diet, it will come off. Just because you are 40 does not mean you automatically get belly fat. I got it for the first time at 55 because I gained 10 lbs and stopped working out.

my dr said the easiest way is to walk 30 minutes daily…. oh and dr oz on oprah said basically the same thing to lose the ‘omentum’, that thing that holds fat in the stomach area….guess maybe you should read his book… You On A Diet, answers lots of those questions
