    Sit ups, eat right (small proportions every 2 hours), and do pilates or yoga.

    The main key is just eating right and excersizing! Drink a lot of water (drop the soda and junk!). Stay away from rice and bread.

    I used to carry a little extra weight but after doing pilates it gave me lean muscles and it tightens up your belly.

    how fast? it takes a good month to get significant results.

    you can do crunches and planks but the most efficient results come from eating right, using free weights and machines and doing cardio.

    Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.

    When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.

    The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs.     do a couple of sit ups a day and eat alot of fruits and veggies. talk to your doctor and ask him healthy ways you’ll loose it before you no it

    Detox, safely, and walking, or jogging in addition to a low fat diet. Big bellies are made of fat.

    CARDIO and cut out salts and soda. You will see and feel results within 1 week. Do leg raises 2-3 days per week.

    diet and cardio is the only way.

    sit ups won’t do ANYTHING for fat. If you do them to lose belly fat you are just wasting your time. They won’t “tone” your tummy, they won’t turn the fat into muscle. Sit ups will build muscle but the fat will still be there.

    google “spot reuction is a myth” if you do not believe me.

    lots of aerobic exercise and add weights training to your regimen…..eat healthy…steer away from fast foods etc.

    I have tried that lipozene you see on tv….and seriously its a waste of money….I stuck with exercise and have great results.

    keep off the crappy food, booze and get jogging, walking and swimming through in a litttle wieght training and bobs your uncle your on your way.

    people are saying crunches but you have to be doing them right get a pilate ball and use that, also though its cv work that will get rid of the flab crunchs work only on the muscle… good luck and may the force be with you always

    Well the only way is to work out, and eat healthy and not to much junk food. You should do a lot of sit ups. If you do everyday like 50 you should be in shape in 2 months. I used to do 100 sit ups every day and ate healthy and I had a good belly in a month! good luck!

    Hi Emily,
    if you want to loose you belly fat then i suggest you go to the gym and run 5 laps around the gym. I do that and it keeps me fit.
    Maybe you should read how to loose weight magazines but if you really want to loose weight you should stop eating CANDY and JUNK FOOD!!!

    You need a flat surface and preferably a mat. Find something heavy to hold onto behind you and lie down (A bar or a dresser or anything). Raise your legs up to 90 degrees then slowly lower then back down.
    Do that 10x then take a little break maybe a min or two. Then repeat. And repeat. Do it until you feel a burn or a slight uncomfortableness.

    After a week or so of this put small weights in between your feet then repeat. ( maybe 3lbs , more if you can, less if you can’t lift 3lbs)

    eat healthy (not eat like a rabbit)
    no soda, no sugar, no junk food, no processed food from packets/tins

    eat fruit, veg and protein
    and do lots and lots and lots of cardio

    im fat and im doing wii fit it actually works ive only had it for a week and i lost 3 pounds but its not that fast if your just tryin to get rid of it run on the treadmill a lot ive done it and if your tryin to get ripped crunches,jacknives,sit ups, push ups (just to tell you i would do that last thats the hardest)
