lots of cardio…lots of ab exercises….drink lots of water…EAT HEALTHY….
at the gym you should use the medicine ball to do sit ups…use all ab machiens available and do 30 minutes at least of cardio
Make sure the abs are bulky enough to be seen, and to lose weight you can’t just lose weight in “one section” (your abdomen), you need to lose overall body fat you know!
eat healthy and do leg lifts .. um try watching this
First, by tone, you probably mean see your abdominal muscles.
This means you need to loose body fat.
The good news
You can do it.
The bad news
You can NOT spot treat body fat. You will have to be down in the 10 to 12% body fat range to see them.
Crunches can help you build the muscle to see your abs. After all, once you have your body fat down, you will need to have muscles to see right? The larger your muscles, the higher body fat you can have and still see them.
So, if you have big ab muscles, you may only need 12% body fat. If you have small ab muscles, you may need 6-8% body fat.
So, when people say you need to do crunches to see your abs, 99% of the time, they are wrong! The 1% of the time they are right is if you are already in the 10% body fat range.
