Try running. When you run it burns alot of calories. You do not have to be in shape to start running! Just start be slow jogging. It worked for me. If you want to get toned abs try doing some crunches, planks, and bicycles for about fifteen minutes every other day. It works!

    something for your stomach:

lie flat on the floor put your hands under your head and lift your head a couple inches of the floor.
keep your legs together bring knees toward chest and lift legs straight up and then slowly down toward floor do not let them touch floor and repeat try 5 in firsts time and keep adding

    good luck

Try jumprope, swiming, running, dancing, mountain climbing or whatever. And don’t say you have no exercise equipment. If you live in an apartment, running down the stairs and back up is a good idea. Increase the amount of work your body has to do. I’m not saying to go and get pregnant. What I mean is for example is, stand instead of sitting when you watch tv of talk on the phone. Walk down the stairs instead of taking the elevator(if you have time and if the build doesn’t have 68 floors and your at the top). Eat every two hours. not much, just a slice of bread and butter. Water instead of soda, and try eating home cooked food. That way, you know what’s in your food.

-At least 30 min. of running, walking, biking, dancing, or any physical activity that gets your heart pumping (aka “cardiovascular workout”) 5 days a week. Remember: something is better than nothing. If you only have 15 min. one day, work out extra hard or try something different. Likewise, if you have the full half hour, but those monthly cramps make it too hard to bear your daily jog, power-walk instead. Also, listening to music helps pass the time, too!

-Try keeping a food journal–increase your intake of raw fruits and veggies and decrease your intake of refined, processed foods (junk foods, fries, white flour, refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. etc.)

-For me (5’1″ 107lbs), the only way to minimize the soft band around my waistline (yes, I still had one) was to cut dairy from my diet (also did WONDERS for my complexion!). If this isn’t something you can do, simply reduce it–minimize dairy intake to yogurt and skim milk instead of ice cream and 2%).

-Also, contrary to popular belief, sit-ups won’t decrease that annoying pooch–but it WILL help tone the muscle beneath it so that when you do start shedding the stomach flab, you’ll have a nice shape.

    Good luck!!!! :) :) :)
