Do lots and lots of cardio to burn fat.
If you work hard, you can get rid of it in a month or two.

Cut your bread intake. Sweets, Sodas. Run, jog &/or walk alot drink plenty of water, eat fruits & veggies.

The healthiest way to lose fat is make small changes. Limit your intake of hydrogenated oils and fats. (no butter on the toast) As well a cardio exercise. It is very important to keep on eating though, stop eating and your body collapses. Just make healthy choices. Water instead of soda, salad (minimal dressing) instead of burgers.

yer i know the feeling thats the last place to lose it ,do sit ups ,dont drink fizzy drinks.watch your fat intake,but thats all you can do really after all your stomache is full of all your intestines and the models in books are all air brushed to make them look flat

if u want lose belly fat there is no other go ” u have to exersise ” consult a good gym instructor , u can lose upto 2-3 inches in 2 weeks; MORE IMPORTANT IS U R DIET ALONG WITH GOOD EXERSISE, i lost around 3 1/2 inches [belly fat]
in 20 days , eat food that doesn’t have” fat “[saturated fat] check out the calaorie content of ur food , , check out the nutrition value of what ur eating for the net & make a time table , eat more of friuts, leafy vegetables, soya seeds [boiled], eat lots of curd ,” leave oily ,deep fried foods atleast for this month” leave eating rice for dinner for this month
run for 15 min a day / jog for 35 min in the morning ther r many exersise for belly u better join a gym [there is a misconception that all go to gym only to build body & its for body builders , no its not only for them but is for evey body ] , add honey to lime water and drink .
in short ” good diet[ very important] , good exersice & good dedication is all u need to be fit & happy

Cardio is good and essential for losing your belly. I would also suggest you excercise your belly though, fat collects in the least active parts of your body. Do crunches, side crunches, and reverse crunches. When you do your crunches, **** your tummy in. This will strengthen a muscle deep in your abs that acts as a corset. Also avoid white bread and sugar.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don’t over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don’t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
