Any good ways of losing belly fat after your pregnancy?

I јυѕt hаԁ mу baby Hannah Ann аbουt 4 weeks ago.
I аm still pretty out οf іt bυt аѕ soon аѕ I ɡеt back together аnԁ everything I аm рƖаnnіnɡ οn working out more.
I still feel аnԁ look pregnant! I gained аbουt 30 lbs during thе pregnancy аnԁ hаԁ hеr a 5 weeks early.Anу suggestions οn losing belly/baby fаt?

    get in the pool with an ultra thick noodle and put it under feet. put elbows on side of pool and push and pull feet up and down

    i gained about 30 lbs as well and lpst 22 in the first two weeks. i am breastfeeding and it works greats

    Breast feeding. I weighed 105 when I got pregnant with my daughter. I gained 40lbs. All I did was nurse and I ended up weighing only 95lbs. I did not know back then that you are supposed to increase your calorie intake when you nurse. After I weened her I put on 10lbs, and my stomach looked like it did before I became pregnant.

    YOU KNOW THOSE REALLY BIG EXERCISE BALLS??

    -LAY YOUR BACK ON IT WITH YOUR FEET PLANTED FIRMLY INFRONT. AND DO SIT UPS.

    -OR LAY FAT ON YOUR BACK ON THE FLOOR WITH LEGS FIRMLY ON GROUND WITH KNEES BENT. HOLD THE GYM BALL IN BOTH HANDS STRAIGHT ABOVE YOUR HEAD AND DO CRUNCHES WHILE HOLDING IT.

    -OR STAND FIRMLY ON THE FLOOR, LEGS SPREAD OUT JUST PAST SHOULDER WIDTH. HOLD SMALL WEIGHTS IN EITHER HAND, AND TOUCH EACH FOOT A SEPERATE TIME BENDING STRAIGHT DOWN.

    THOSE ALL HELPED ME TONE UP MY TUMMY MUSCLES. THEY WILL HELP EVEN AFTER PREGNANCY TOO.

    Yea. Stop getting pregnat. Seriously, no bread, plenty of sit-ups good walks and try that noodle bit in the pool. Get him to bring condoms next vist(s) also helps. Don’t know if you heard this one: This woman had 12 each already and didn’t want any more; so 3 previouslies ago tried man made protection products, didn’t work; 2 previouslies ago seen a doctor to no avail; 1 previous ago prayed, that didn’t work; finally went to see the preacher: I can’t seem to stop getting knocked-up everytime I have *** with my man, everytime it happens. The preacher than said ” my child than what you must do, is to keep your eyes on his eyes and when you see his eyes rolling back, then just move you move yourself out of the line of fire”… That poses a problem to father, cause by that time I can’t see myself.

    EXCERCISE everyday and make sure you’re doing it right. drink a lot of water and eat healthy. stay away from sodas.
