Have you ever used a fat burner in conjunction with a diet and exercise? ?

Samantha asked:

I am trying to lose weight and have about 5 weeks to drop another 10 lbs. I am currently on Weight Watchers and I also exercise. I am looking for something to boost my weight loss a little. Are there any good fat burners out there? What works? What doesn’t? Thanks for your help!
Dear Answer #2, although I appreciate you wanting to help, I did not ask you for your diet advice. I am not an idiot. Of course I know that diet and exercise is the #1 way to lose weight, so I do not need your imput on that. I have already lost 10 lbs. due to hard work and am simply looking for a way to possibly speed up my progress as I have a deadline approaching.

Answer #1, I agree with you on the WW opinion to a certain extent. Some people believe that WW is a free-for-all as long as you stay within your ‘points’ range. I happen to disagree, as I’m sure you do also. I have found that if you follow WW’s idea of portion control and exercise and use your points on salads throughout the day rather than eating a Big Mac for lunch and nothing else that you will lose weight faster and healthier. Thanks for your advice on the egg whites though, I will try that.
